1. How to get started? The entire process is managed digitally through the Electromaps app:
Download the Electromaps app (available on iOS and Android). Register and add your credit card (it only takes 5 minutes).
Already an Electromaps user? You can also activate charging directly with your physical key fob (RFID token).
2. No signal in the parking lot? If your phone loses signal downstairs, follow these simple steps:
Connect the cable to the car and the charger in the parking lot. Go up to an area with signal (such as the reception or lobby). Activate charging from the app as soon as you regain signal.
