We would like to share with you some important details to ensure you have a pleasant stay. By checking in, you agree to the following:

Guarantee: upon arrival, we may ask you for a pre-authorisation charge on your credit card as a guarantee, which will be settled upon departure.

Check-out time: on the last day of your stay, you must vacate the rooms before 12:00h.

Use of facilities: all guests must follow the rules established for the use of facilities such as the swimming pool, gym and other recreational areas. If they exist, they must always respect the hotel's Internal Rules and Regulations, which can be found on our website.

Rules of conduct: all guests must behave respectfully towards the staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behaviour may be brought to the attention of the authorities and may result in expulsion from the hotel.

Damage and loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, charged to the credit card on file. The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables not deposited in the safety deposit box in your room.

100% smoke-free hotel: smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hotel, except in specially designated smoking areas (if any). Failure to comply with the smoking ban will automatically result in a penalty of €100 (or equivalent in the hotel's local currency) upon departure. This can be up to €300 (or equivalent in the hotel's local currency) in hotels of category 5* and above.

Food intolerances and allergies: our staff has detailed information on the presence of allergens in the food provided. If you or your companions suffer from any allergy or intolerance, please inform Reception.

Incident reporting: if you or any of your companions have any incident during your stay, please report it immediately to our staff. The hotel is not responsible for incidents that have not been reported before leaving the hotel.
