Purpose of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes: to be able to execute and fulfil an accommodation contract in the chosen hotel and/or for complementary services associated with it; in order to send you newsletters and promotions; to send you notifications, messages or surveys during your stay through our mobile app; to manage your membership cards and Club H10 benefits; to take part in giveaways, promotions and surveys; to offer the requested information through the Website form; for security purposes, through video surveillance; as well as to protect our legitimate rights and interests and those of third parties and comply with the applicable legislation.
Obtaining of data
 

You provide data to us directly when you use our services or our website, through cookies and similar technology. We may also collect personal data from third parties or group companies.

 
Categories of data
 

We collect personal data such as name and surname, national identity document or tax identification number, date of birth, gender, address, email, telephone, employment data, IP address, location, device ID, bank details and financial information and about payments, information about your obligations. In certain cases, we may process images and health data.

 
Lawful basis
 

Through your consent; based on a contract, when the data is necessary for the performance of the contract; or based on our legitimate interest. In the event that we have to process health data, we will do so with your consent, be it as a result of an emergency, for reasons of public interest, by virtue of our legitimate interest in the event of a claim, to ensure the right to the safety and protection of the tourist’s health, or based on an obligation imposed by the competent authority.

Minors
